Borris Fiskeriforening

Borris fishing association was founded in january 1913 by the local farmers with the common goal to prevent illegaal fishing in the area.

Borris fishing association currently posses 23 km of the finest salmon-filled waters; Skjern Å and Vorgod Å, where fish with the size of 121 cm was caught both in 2011 and in 2012. Try some of the popular sites Gjaldbæk Bro, Borriskrog Bro or Landevejssvinget, or enjoy a calm walk while fishing along Vorgod Å.

The waters of Borris fishing association is one unified stretch, where fishing from both sides are allowed.

We are currently working on improving the fishing life with the help of the danish government.
